Q. Where are you based?

A. We are based in County Durham, North East of England.

Q. Do you deliver?

A. Yes, we offer delivery to most parts of the UK. 

Q. Can I make a change to my order?

A. Please get in touch as soon as possible after your order has been placed to enquire about any changes you wish to make. We can usually accommodate this up to the point that your order has gone into production.

Q. Can I cancel an order?

A. Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.

Q. Do you take custom orders?

A. Yes, here at Fabrexa we can work with you to tailor your products to your requirements. This can include changes in size, finish, type of wood, and colour of paint on steel.

Q. Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the issue as best as we can. @fabrexa.co.uk. However, we do not offer returns on any made to measure items under any circumstances.

If you are concerned about damage on receipt please contact us immediately so we can do our best to resolve the issue.

Q. Are your tables dimensionally perfect?

A. No. All of our pieces are made by the human hand not machine. To add to this, steel and wood, or at least natural wood changes size on a regular basis due to the change in its environment. To add to this, each pieces of wood is unique with individual characteristics such as grains structure, knots, cracks and sap marks.
